Woman relieved of cash

HYDERABAD: Two motorcycle-borne youth snatched a bag containing Rs. 3 lakh from a housewife walking on the road during daytime on Saturday at Kushaiguda.

Krishna Kumari, 45, withdrew money from Andhra Bank’s Kapra branch around 1.30 a.m. and was going to her house at Srinivasanagar colony when the offenders came from behind. They pulled her bag even as she was a few hundred yards away from her house and sped away, the police said. Her husband Venkateswarlu works with ECIL
