Sahitya Akademi award winner felicitated

New Delhi: Neela Padmanabhan, Sahitya Akademi award winner for his Tamil novel ‘Ilai Udir Kaalam’ was felicitated by a host of speakers from various walks of life at a function held at Delhi Tamil Sangam here on Thursday.

The speakers led by Prof. K. Nachimuthu of JNU, Sirpi Balasubramanian, Tamil poet and also a Sahitya Akademi award winner, A. R. Rajamani, Secretary, Delhi Tamil Writers Association, Pulavar Viswanathan, Yadartha K. Penneswaran, R. Mukunthan praised the creative genius of Neela Padmanabhan and recalled his achievements in poetry, non-fiction, novels and short stories.

Mr. Padmanabhan thanked the Sangam for honouring him.
