REC fixes issue price at Rs. 105

NEW DELHI: Rural Electrification Corporation has fixed the issue price for its initial public offering at Rs. 105, the upper end of the price band, raising Rs. 1,640 crore. Sources said the company is expected to list on the bourses by third week of March.
