Rose will host a show in Vijay Television every Thursday at 10 p.m. from Thursday. K. Sriram , Head, Vijay TV, says: ‘In the past Vijay TV has created many path-breaking shows like ‘Kathai Alla Nijam,’ ‘Puthiraa Punithamaa,’ which created social awareness and has been a huge success among the audience. Latest in the list is ‘Ipadiku Rose’ which deals with sensitive issues in society with interaction among the audience. “This show is not to sensationalise but to provide a platform to get the right message across to the viewers. I think this is the first show hosted by a transgender in Indian television.” ‘Ipadikku Rose’ is an interactive programme inviting participants to talk about the social issues that affect society. After finishing Plus-Two from Sri Ramakrishna Mission Higher Secondary School in Chennai, Rose studied B.E.
