Wage pact

The wage revision agreement of Coromandel Fertilisers Limited (CFL) employees, that has been pending for the last four years, has been amicably settled through a dialogue between the Coromandel Fertilisers Employees’ Union and the management, according to union general secretary S. Sudhakar.

At the general body meeting of the union on Sunday, he released a copy of the agreement reached between the union and the management. He said it was agreed that on an average each employee would get a hike of Rs.7,000.

The hike would range between Rs.5,000 and Rs.9,500 with 15 per cent fitment in bonus, increase of 641 DA points during the last five years, house rent allowance, LTA, conveyance allowance and special incentives.
