Balagopal meets tribal gangrape victim

ADILABAD: Human Right Forum (HRF) secretary K. Balagopal paid a visit in Government headquarters hospital to meet a recouping tribal gangrape victim. The crime was committed on her on February 21. The woman complained to him that the accused have not been arrested so far. The woman hails from Addagutta village in Adilabad mandal. -Staff Reporter
