Radhika in semifinals

HYDERABAD: B. Radhika defeated Smita Zindal 21-6, 21-9 in the women’s singles (above-35) quarterfinals of the veterans National badminton championship at the Film Nagar Cultural Centre here on Wednesday.

SCR wins title

South Central Railway defeated Osmania University 56-38 in the women’s league final of the Hyderabad District Basketball Association’s annual championship here.

Handball tournament

Swimming pool to be reopened

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (Secunderabad) swimming pool will be reopened from March 4.
