Isinbayeva fails to improve her record

CLERMONT-AUVERGNE (FRANCE): Russian pole vaulter Yelena Isinbayeva easily won at a French indoor meet but missed a chance to improve her indoor world record here on Tuesday.

Isinbayeva cleared only 4.61m, the same height she reached last week to finish second in the Pedro’s Cup. — AP
