DEHRA DUN: The BJP on Monday night won the Pauri Lok Sabha seat for the fourth time in a row when its candidate, Lt-Gen (Retd) T. P. S. Rawat, defeated his political guru, Satpal Maharaj of the Congress, by 4,506 votes, reports PTI quoting official sources. Despite taking an early lead soon after counting began at noon, Satpal Maharaj lost the race during the counting of 10,464 postal ballots. During the counting of EVM ballots earlier, the two candidates were running neck and neck. Out of the 479,803 votes polled, Gen.
