Union Minister for Heavy Industries Santosh Mohan Dev directed R.C. Panda, Secretary, Ministry of Heavy Industries, to complete the study on ICRA report on valuation of Bharat Heavy Plate and Vessels and forward it to the Ministry of Finance by mid-March.

This was disclosed during an interaction by Union Minister of State for Mines T. Sabbarami Reddy in Delhi with Mr. Dev on Wednesday. Representatives from BHPV accompanied Mr. Reddy.
