Minors ‘rape’ two schoolgirls

Sangareddy: Two minor boys of Makkarajupet village under the Chegunta police station limits allegedly raped two six-year-old girls of the same village on Friday. According to Mahesh, Sub Inspector of Police, Cheguntam, the boys lured the girls playing outside their home and outraged their modesty. However, the parents of the two girls first reported the matter to the village panchayat. It was only when the efforts for an amicable solution failed that they reported the matter to the police.
