Kolkata Port scores win

VISAKHAPATNAM: Kolkata Port scored a 20-run win over Mormugao Port on the second day of the 28th all-India major ports cricket championship here on Sunday.

The scores: Kolkata 168 for six in 30 overs (Sanjiv Panday 45, Dheeraj Narvekar four for 24) bt Mormugao 148 in 28.4 overs (Dheeraj Narvekar 47).

Paradip 120 in 27.1 overs (B. Pradhan 50) lost to Mangalore 121 for five in 20.1.

Kandla 122 for nine in 30 overs lost to JNPT 123 for one in 24.1 overs (Mahesh Garat 67, Nandu Mhatre 45). — Staff Reporter
