In protest mode: SFI activists being arrested by the police when they were trying to stage a rasta roko seeking issue of hall-tickets to all candidates for the Intermediate Examination, at Maddilapalem, in Visakhapatnam on Monday. Hall tickets were not issued to some candidates as they failed to put in the requisite attendance.
