UTI MF files draft prospectus

NEW DELHI: UTI Mutual Fund on Wednesday said it had filed the draft Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, but said the proposed Initial Public Offering was subject to the ‘market condition’ and other considerations.
