Crescent CC posts win

Madurai: Crescent Cricket Club beat Richards Cricket Club by four wickets in the Canara Bank-MDCA first division ‘B’ zone league at Madurai on Saturday.

The scores (first division ‘B’ zone): Richards CC 125 in 36.4 overs (Ram Titto 40, Bala Nagendran four for 28) lost to Crescent CC 130 for six in 19.2 overs.

Second division: Modern Golden Star CC 158 for eight in 30 overs (Meenakshi Sundaram 43 n.o.) bt Thirunagar Rainbow CC 113 in 26.1 overs (Meenakshi Sundaram four for 22); Majestic Kits CC 153 for seven in 30 overs (Mohideen 40) lost to Blooming Eleven CC 154 for eight in 27.1 overs (Manoj 55).

Jebaraj nets winner
