BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday quashed the summons (process) issued by a Bangalore court against the former Mudigere MLA and Minister for Women and Child Development Motamma. The 8th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM), Bangalore, had ordered issue of process against Ms. Motamma following a complaint by N. Jagadish. — Staff Reporter
