Woman, man get life term for killing daughter

NAMAKKAL: The Namakkal Fast Track Court on Monday sentenced a woman and another man to life imprisonment for killing her daughter.

According to prosecution, Rajalakshmi (27) of Tiruchengode and Sasikumar (24) killed her child Divya (2) following a family dispute in December 2006.

After hearing the arguments, Judge Karupurasundaram sentenced the two to life imprisonment.
