Dubai: South Africa’s Imtiaz Patel was appointed on Monday as the next Chief Executive Officer of the International Cricket Council and India’s I.S. Bindra named the Principal Advisor, a new post at the game’s world governing body, according to David Morgan, the ICC president-elect.
