Rice war

STRANDED: Trucks taking rice to Bangladesh from India at the Petrapol border in West Bengal on Tuesday. There is an ongoing price war between the two countries and India has banned exporting rice for less than $650 a tonne. Around 2000 trucks are stranded at the border.
