CHENNAI: Southern Railway will operate special trains between Chennai Egmore and Madurai on Thursday. The Chennai Egmore – Madurai special (No. 0631) will leave Chennai Egmore at 11.15 p.m. on Thursday and reach Madurai at 9.30 a.m. the next day. In the return direction, the Madurai – Chennai Egmore Special (0632) will leave Madurai at 7.15 p.m. on March 23 and arrive at Chennai Egmore at 6.30 a.m. the next day.

Both the specials will stop at Tambaram, Chengalpattu, Melmaruvathur, Tindivanam, Villupuram, Vridhachalam, Tiruchi, Dindigul and Kodaikanal Road. The special from Madurai will also stop at Mambalam, the release added.
