Naval Dockyard in final

VISAKHAPATNAM: Naval Dockyard defeated Naval Armament Depot by six wickets with three balls to spare to make final of the Defence civilian employees cricket tournament at the Zinc stadium here on Wednesday.

Krishna Rao claimed three wickets, scored an unbeaten 33 and guided Dockyard to victory along with Alex Romel (23 not out). K. Ramgopal scored 37.

The scores: NAD 139 for three in 25 overs (Sher Singh 70 n.o., Babu Sen 50 n.o.) lost to Naval Dockyard 139 for four in 24.3 overs. — Special Correspondent
