BANGALORE: Vinay P. Katrela defeated fancied D. Raj Kumar 9-5 to win the 9-ball Pool State-ranking tournament at the KSBA hall here on Thursday. Sajan Bopanna was too good for Shree Advani winning 5-1 in the third place play-off.
