BANGALORE: Former vice-chancellors of various universities in Karnataka have come together to form a forum of to offer advice in matters of higher education and in other aspects of education, with a view to develop and help attain higher academic standards in the State. The decision to establish the forum was taken at a meeting chaired by R. Dwarakanath, former Vice-Chancellor of University of Agriculture Sciences, recently.
