BANGALORE: A cultural festival for the visually impaired has been organised by the Suryodaya Cultural Association for Disabled on Sunday.

Addressing presspersons here on Friday, association president S. Chandrakumar said that the cultural programme would feature classical music, light music, folk songs, film songs and monoacting by visually impaired persons. — Staff Reporter
