‘No respite’

BANGALORE: There will be no respite from the rain across the State over the past week. Rain is expected to occur across the State which has been experiencing “heavy to very heavy rainfall.” The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rain in “25 per cent of places in coastal areas and certain sections of the Ghat areas,” an official said. Over the next two days, light rain accompanied by thunderstorms, has been forecast in other parts of the State.
