ADILABAD: A party of policemen on combing operations in Neelvai forest on Sunday seized a stockpile of illegally felled timber after chancing upon it between Gajulapet and Kallampalli villages apparently meant to be smuggled out. According to Chennur CI Ch. Raghunandan, the timber estimated to be worth Rs. 4 lakh was handed over to forest authorities.- Staff Reporter
