HASC beats BEML

BANGALORE: Former champion, HASC, put it across BEML (Mysore) 58-52 in the ‘A’ division State basketball league championship here on Sunday.

JSC and Vijaya Bank continued their winning ways with fluent wins over Beagles and Young Orions respectively.

The league matches will resume on March 28 and will be played over the weekends only.

The results:

HASC 58 (Rajkumar 18, Ismail Frank 10) bt BEML (Mysore) 52 (Ramakant 18, Ravichandra 11).

JSC 53 (Vasudev 17, Darshan 10) bt Beagles 32 (Fernando 18, Yashaf 10).

Vijaya Bank 60 (Srinivas Naik 10, Ronny 12) bt Young Orions 31 (Abhishek 11).
