Cancer patient jumps to death

Jamshedpur: A patient suffering from a terminal disease on Sunday jumped to death from a hospital building here.

According to hospital sources, Debu Roy, who was undergoing treatment for cancer at the government-run Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Hospital, jumped from the building’s fourth floor in the small hours.

Mr. Roy’s family members said he was suffering from cancer for the last three years.
