ONGC signs performance-oriented MoU

NEW DELHI: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation on Monday signed a performance oriented memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Union Government and its subsidiaries ONGC Videsh Ltd and Mangalore Refineries and Petrochemical Ltd. for 2008-09. ONGC Chairman R. S. Sharma and R.S. Butola, Managing Director OVL, exchanged documents after signing the contracts. — Special Correspondent
