BRILLIANT CATCH: Indian skipper Anil Kumble celebrates after taking a catch off his own bowling to dismiss South Africa’s Ashwell Prince on the opening day of the first Test at the M.A. Chidambaram stadium in Chennai on Wednesday. With Hashim Amla remaining unbeaten on 85, the visiting team built on a 132-run opening partnership between Graeme Smith (73) and Neil McKenzie (94) to finish the day at 304 for four.
