Nine killed in stampede

Ashoknagar (Madhya Prasesh): Nine persons were killed and seven critically injured in a stampede that took place at a religious fair at Kareela, 40 km from here on Wednesday, the police said. Around 8 to 10 lakh devotees were attending the fair at Janaki temple, they said.
