TIRUCHI: A. Franklin Kumar’s allround performance (105 & four for 40) was the highlight of Golden Chariot CC ‘B’s three-wicket win over Saranathan Engineering College in a Canara Bank-Tiruchi DCA third division league cricket match here.

First division: St. Joseph’s College 244 for six in 43 overs (P. Joseph Anand 46, A. Stephen 41 n.o.) bt NIT 167 in 38.4 overs (Pawan Kaipa 46, A. Vignesh Naga 41, E.M. Jose Mithun four for 26).

Urumu Dhanalakshmi College 155 in 43 overs bt Zephyrs CC 128 in 38.2 overs (M. Sivasubramanian 42, E. Gopinath four for 34).

Second division: Galaxy CC ‘B’ 163 in 41 overs lost to Bishop Heber College ‘A’ 164 for three in 27 overs (G. Terrance Savio 83 n.o.).

Third division: Saranathan Engineering College 225 for nine in 44 overs (Devendra Kumar Jena 66, D. Prasanna 63, A. Franklin Kumar four for 40) lost to Golden Chariot CC ‘B’ 227 for seven in 42.3 overs (A. Franklin Kumar 105).
