BPCL joint venture files DRHP

MUMBAI: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. on Friday filed papers for an initial public offering of a joint venture company that is setting up a Rs. 10,400-crore refinery at Bina in Madhya Pradesh. Bharat Oman Refineries Ltd, BPCL’s joint venture with Oman Oil Company, filed the Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI.
