IGNOU to launch M.Ed. programme

New Delhi: The Indira Gandhi National Open University will launch Master of Education and Diploma in Primary Education programmes at all-India level from July 2008.

The M.Ed programme, designed and developed jointly by the Distance Education Council of IGNOU and National Council of Teacher Education, is a two-year programme offered through Open and Distance learning system, said university Vice-Chancellor Professor V N Rajashekaran Pillai.
