Additional rain relief announced

CHENNAI: Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi on Friday announced an additional Rs. 75 crore for offering relief to those affected by the heavy rain in March.

The Government has already announced Rs. 100 crore.

An official release said a Central Government team of four officials would visit the flood-affected areas between April 6 and 9 and make recommendations for assistance.
