Carburettors buys out Mikuni’s stake in Ucal

CHENNAI: Carburettors, the Indian promoter of Ucal Fuel Systems, is buying the entire 26 per cent stake held by co-promoter Mikuni Corporation of Japan. According to a release, post-divestment, Ucal and Mikuni will cooperate in certain limited fields. — Corporate Reporter
