DSCE, RVCE score facile wins

BANGALORE: Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering and R.V. College of Engineering registered facile victories in the Chamaraju Memorial inter-engineering collegiate cricket tournament here on Wednesday.

Good knocks by Ravi Kumar (73) and Akshay (51 n.o.) helped DSCE defeat A.M. College of Engineering by nine wickets.

RVCE beat Shirdhi Sai Engineering College by 126 runs. Piyush Singh claimed five for 42 for the winner.

The scores: AMCE 147 in 28.1 overs (Naveen 50) lost to DSCE 150 for one in 24.23 overs (Ravi Kumar 73, Akshay 51 n.o.); RVCE 228 in 30 overs (S. Nithin 45, Siddarth Singh 42) bt Shirdhi Sai EC 102 in 19.3 overs (Piyush Singh five for 42).

Boxing summer camp
