New Delhi: After a trial spanning over 28 years, a court here on Wednesday convicted seven persons accused of causing a loss of Rs.45,000 to the Central Government, after they all pleaded guilty.

Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sanjeev Jain also imposed a fine of Rs.50,000 on each of them. ,
