Indian Idol comes to town

Bangalore: Indian Idol, a popular programme on Sony, which provides a platform for young singing talent from across the country, is back in its fourth season. This year, too, Indian Idol will hold auditions across the country and the auditioning team will be in Bangalore on April 12 and 13.

In all the cities, Indian Idol Express (bus) will make the rounds of heavy traffic areas with ex-contestants Chang and Abhishek sharing their experiences and luring people to take part in the auditions.

The bus will move across the city from 3 p.m. on Saturday, covering the following areas: NMKRV Auditorium, R.V. Dental College, PES College, Ulsoor Lake, Bangalore Fort, Vidhan Sabha, High Court, Cubbon Park, Tipu Fort and Lalbagh.
