Conversion, parking charges yield crores

NEW DELHI: MCD Standing Committee chairman Vijender Gupta on Thursday said that the civic body had collected Rs.305.80 crore by way of conversion/parking charges. “Over 1 lakh traders deposited the amount,” said Mr. Gupta, adding that this would be spent on construction of multi-level car parking sites across the Capital.
