Screened for eye ailments

CHENNAI: Nearly 350 people were screened for ailments at a free eye and cataract surgery camp organised by the Lions Club Chennai Metro Mahaveer recently at the Maduravoyal Panchayat Union School.

A total of 36 persons requiring cataract surgery were treated at Sri Sankara Eye Hospital in Pammal, according to a press release here.
