Bajpai is chairman of NSAB

NEW DELHI: The government has reconstituted the National Security Advisory Board (NSAB) with former Foreign Secretary K. S. Bajpai named as the new Chairman. The government has named seven new members to the NSAB, while retaining 15 including The Hindu Editor N. Ravi.

The other six new members of the Board besides Mr. Bajpai are Shyamala B. Cowsik (former High Commissioner to Canada), Tarun Das (Confederation of Indian Industries, H.K. Dua (Editor-in-Chief, The Tribune), Prodipto Ghosh (former bureaucrat) , Sudha Mahalingam (Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board) and Vice Admiral (Retd.) K.K. Nayyar.
