Girl ‘commits suicide’

N. Santoshi (18), daughter of Narasinga Rao, allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling fan at her home in Priyadarshini Colony at Arilova on Sunday. According to the personnel of the Pothinnapalem police station, her marriage was fixed a couple of months ago, but it could not be perfomed due to some circumstances.

The girl took the drastic step when no one was at home, police said.

The police are investigating the case.
