VIZIANAGARAM: The two separate meetings – praja patham and public meeting—of Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy at Lochera village in Therlam mandal from two separate dais are viewed among political circles as virtual launch of campaigning for the by-election to Therlam Assembly Constituency. The choice of venue in the name of ‘praja patham’ for pouring out the welfare schemes his government launched and implemented the promises he made on the eve of elections in 2004 were enough indication to substantiate their argument.
