Dehra Dun: Exhorting world leaders to come together on Tibet, Uma Bharti on Tuesday began a march to Tibet against Chinese brutalities but was arrested and prevented from crossing the border. She started the march at Joshimath in Chamoli district bordering Tibet. — PTI
