Russian team felicitated

NEW DELHI: Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president J.P. Agarwal on Tuesday felicitated a delegation of young parliamentarians from the Russian State of Duma at Rajiv Bhawan here. He also honoured three Delhi MLAs.
