Young man arrested

NEW DELHI: A 20-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a teenaged boy whose headless body was found earlier this month.

According to the police, Saddam, a vegetable vendor, had a minor altercation with Nooruddin following which the former hit the latter with a stone. A few days later, Nooruddin along with his friends lured Saddam to a lonely place on the pretext of providing him liquor and allegedly killed him. The accused was also found involved in several cases of robbery and pick-pocketing, the police said.
