Teachers boycott SSC spot valuation
VIZIANAGARAM: The Joint Action Committee of Teachers Organisations (JACTO) picketed SSC spot valuation centre in fort on Saturday demanding redressal of their charter of demands which include common service rules, notional increments to apprentice teachers etc.
The JACTO leaders B.Venkata Rao, A. Sadasiva Rao, B.A. Jagannadham, V. Krishna Rao and others did not allow teachers to enter the premises.
Taken into custody
Kakinada: Thirty teachers owing allegiance to the Joint Action Committee of Teachers’ Organisations (JACTO) were taken into custody when they tried to disrupt the 10th class examination papers’ valuation at the P.R Government Girls’ High School here on Saturday.
