Dharna staged

Vizianagaram: The Joint Action Committee of Engineers of EPDCL on Monday staged a dharna at the Superintending Engineer (Transco) Office in protest against the suspension of Divisional Engineer (Meter and Protection wing) R. Srinivasa Rao. Though N. Gulzar, Chairman and Managing Director of EPDCL reportedly issued orders on Saturday night it was not served as DE proceeded on leave. The CMD took the action for reported “confrontation” with the former at a review meeting on Saturday.
