GVK Power income up 26%

HYDERABAD: GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd. (GVK-PIL) posted a total income of Rs. 532.14 crore in 2007-08 against Rs. 423.29 crore in the previous year, an increase of 26 per cent. The net profit stood at Rs. 135.47 crore, against Rs. 58.03 crore, an increase of 133 per cent. The consolidated results include the results of GVK Industries Ltd. (Phase-I), GVK Jaipur Expressway Pvt. Ltd. and Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd. — Special Correspondent
